The record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply to this content.
Some series use the digital twins of adult creators, AI likenesses built with Candy AI with their consent; the scenes are generated, not recorded. All characters depicted are 18 or older.
